Dorit Kemsley Accuses Kyle of Plotting Against Her All Season: “You Had a Plan” — Explosive RHOBH Reunion Part 3
Dorit Kemsley dropped a major accusation during Part 3 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 15 Reunion, claiming that Kyle Richards entered the season with a deliberate plan to make her look bad and turn the entire group against her.
In a heated exchange, Dorit told Kyle directly:
“The last few months, I was going through so much sh*t with PK, with my kids, and I had to show up every single day, and I had to have something else directed from you, Kyle… You went into this season with a plan and you wanted to make me look bad.”
Dorit doubled down, accusing Kyle of “collecting her minions” — specifically pointing at Erika Jayne and Sutton Stracke — and strategically starting conversations about her behind her back.
She also claimed that some cast members believe Kyle has the power to get people fired from the show.
Dorit’s Full List of Grievances
Dorit alleged that Kyle used multiple storylines against her throughout the season, including:
- The Italy trip blowups (stranding Kyle and Erika on the tarmac and the explosive “Last Supper” dinner)
- Labeling her behavior as “erratic”
- Discussing her finances with the group
- The book cover party snub
She told Kyle:
“Every time I wanted to have a conversation with Kyle… like she was collecting her minions.”
Dorit even suggested that Erika and Sutton turned on her because they wanted to “score points” with Kyle.
Kyle strongly denied the claims, insisting she never said anything malicious and that she only brought concerns to the group table. Erika and Sutton both pushed back hard, with Sutton declaring:
“First of all, I am minion to none. And I would not follow Kyle’s orders.”
The Breaking Point of a Once-Tight Friendship
This explosive accusation is the latest escalation in what has become one of the most dramatic friendship collapses in RHOBH history.
The feud reached its peak during the Italy trip in Episode 16 when Dorit called Erika a “c*nt,” claimed Bozoma Saint John supported her more than her longtime friends, and stormed off the table. It continued through Rachel’s disco party, Dorit’s book cover reveal (which Kyle, Erika, and Sutton skipped), and the garden party confrontation in the finale.
By the reunion, Dorit made it clear she believes Kyle orchestrated much of the season’s drama against her while she was already struggling with her separation from PK Kemsley, single motherhood, and financial pressures.
Erika appeared exhausted by the back-and-forth, telling Kyle at one point:
“Kyle, you are fighting too hard for a relationship that no longer exists. You two are not friends.”
The segment ended with Dorit stating she needs a “break” and setting firm boundaries, while Kyle expressed sadness over losing the Dorit she once knew.
With the reunion now complete, it looks like the longtime trio of Kyle, Erika, and Dorit — once the backbone of Beverly Hills — may be heading into the future on completely separate paths.
