Amanda Frances may have just landed the most unexpected ally in her RHOBH comeback debate: Rihanna.

During a recent appearance on The Viall Files, Amanda revealed that the global superstar slid into her DMs after her rookie season on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills — and she wasn’t subtle about wanting Amanda back.

According to Amanda, Rihanna sent a message that read: “No, no, NOPE!!! No quitting!!!! You’re gonna have your redemption I promise you!!! We need more of you!”

Naturally, Amanda says she nearly dropped everything when she saw the notification.

“I’ve never called her so fast after a text message in my life,” she admitted, explaining that she immediately screenshot the message and sent it to her team before she even opened it.

Amanda replied by thanking Rihanna but also confessed that filming RHOBH had been a lot harder on her than viewers realized. While fans assumed cast drama was pushing her out the door, Amanda said her hesitation was really about the emotional toll of the entire experience.

Still, when Rihanna herself is campaigning for your return, that’s probably the closest thing Bravo fans will ever get to a casting vote from pop royalty.
