Dorit Kemsley Accuses Erika Jayne

Dorit Kemsley Drops Bombshell: House in Pre-Foreclosure Because PK “Hadn’t Been Paying” Mortgage — Reunion Shocker

Dorit Kemsley confirmed her ongoing financial struggles on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 15 Reunion Part 1, admitting that her house is still in pre-foreclosure because estranged husband PK Kemsley stopped paying the mortgage.

During a tense segment on the reunion stage, Andy Cohen directly asked Dorit about the financial concerns that have followed her all season. Dorit didn’t hold back:

“Yes. Or so I thought,” she said when reminded that she claimed last year’s reunion that PK had resolved the pre-foreclosure issue.
“The house is in pre-foreclosure because PK hadn’t been paying the mortgage. I was blindsided.”

Dorit added that she takes some responsibility, saying, “It’s my fault as well. But at this point, I shouldn’t trust or believe without checking.” She admitted she wasn’t checking on the payments herself.

She went on to explain the current plan:

“PK is saying he is going to bring the house current, then I’m going to put the house on the market, and find a house for the kids and I.”

Dorit Calls Out Kyle for Making Her Finances a Storyline

Dorit also took aim at Kyle Richards, accusing her of gossiping about her financial situation and relaying information to Mauricio Umansky, which then got back to PK.

“PK was taunting me… saying, ‘Apparently, you’re not doing so well.’”

She also slammed Kyle for labeling her behavior as “erratic” and turning it into a storyline. Kyle defended herself, saying the conversations happened with multiple cast members and that some footage wasn’t shown. Erika Jayne even chimed in, noting the house was being foreclosed on.

Dorit fired back: “I can afford to spend $4,000,” while pointing out she’s not in the same financial position as Kyle.

How This Fits Into Season 15

Financial speculation around Dorit has been a running theme all season. It started when Bozoma Saint John expressed concern to Kyle about Dorit’s “looming financial crisis” and the fact that her name was on significant debt.

The tension exploded during the Italy trip (Episode 16), where Dorit’s defensiveness reached a boiling point at the “Last Supper” dinner, and continued through the book cover party snub in the finale.

Dorit has been vocal about rebuilding her life after stepping away from her fashion career to focus on family with PK. Her upcoming memoir — focused on “grace, grit, and choosing yourself” — is set to release in June 2026.

On a somewhat positive note, Dorit revealed that she and PK are currently in a better place with their divorce than they have been in nearly two years.

The reunion moment has fans divided — some sympathizing with Dorit as she navigates single motherhood and financial uncertainty, while others point to her lavish spending throughout the season as part of the problem.
