Dorit Kemsley & Erika Jayne

Erika Jayne Tells Kyle: “You Two Are Not Friends” — Kyle, Erika & Dorit Officially Declare Their Longtime Friendship Over | RHOBH Reunion Part 3

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 15 Reunion reached an emotional and definitive end for one of the show’s longest-running friendships in Part 3, as Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, and Dorit Kemsley finally admitted their bond is broken.

In a raw and tense segment, Erika delivered the harshest blow directly to Kyle while addressing the ongoing Dorit drama:

“Kyle, you are fighting too hard for a relationship that no longer exists. You two are not friends.”

Erika made it clear she’s done trying, telling the group:

“This is selfish of me, but I want the Dorit back that I know and I love. But she’s not here right now, so I’m good on a break.”

Dorit responded by setting firm boundaries, saying she needs space:

“I need a break.”

Kyle, who has been holding onto hope for reconciliation all season, looked defeated as she admitted:

“I don’t hold a grudge. I’m sad about this because, regardless, I do love Dorit, and I do want the best for her… but she’s not here right now.”

The Breaking Point of a Once-Inseparable Trio

This “End of an Era” moment caps off a season of nonstop conflict between the three women. The major fracture began during the Italy trip in Episode 16, when Dorit stranded Kyle and Erika on the tarmac, called Erika a “c*nt” at the “Last Supper” dinner, and claimed newcomer Bozoma Saint John had shown her more support than her eight-year friend Erika.

The rift continued through Rachel Zoe’s disco party, Dorit’s book cover reveal (which Kyle, Erika, and Sutton skipped), and Kathy Hilton’s garden party blowout.

Dorit repeatedly accused Kyle of plotting against her and “collecting minions,” while Erika said she needed space to decide if the friendship was “worth salvaging.”

At the reunion, Dorit stood by her refusal to fully apologize for many of her comments, including suggesting Erika was coming after her to “save her job.” She also doubled down on her belief that Kyle had a calculated “plan” to make her look bad all season.

Where They Stand Now

Kyle expressed sadness over losing the Dorit she once knew, while Erika appeared more resolved and ready to move on. Dorit, meanwhile, made it clear she’s setting boundaries and won’t chase friendships that feel one-sided.

The three women, who were once the core of the Beverly Hills cast, now seem to be heading into Season 16 on very different paths.

Kyle is focused on finding peace after her separation from Mauricio, Erika is thriving in her new relationship with John “Shrek” McPhee, and Dorit is concentrating on her upcoming memoir and co-parenting after her split from PK Kemsley.

Many fans are calling this one of the saddest friendship breakups in RHOBH history, especially considering how close the trio had been for nearly a decade.

The question now is whether any of these relationships can be repaired — or if this really is the permanent end of an era.
