Lindsay Hubbard Feels Torn Amid Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula Drama
Lindsay Hubbard is caught in the middle — and she’s not afraid to admit it.
In Summer House Season 10 Episode 14, during her own “Lost Supper” dinner, Lindsay opened up about feeling genuinely torn between her loyalty to Amanda and her complicated feelings about Kyle.
While speaking to the group, Lindsay explained that she believes Amanda “deserves more,” but she also acknowledged that Kyle has real feelings and is struggling too.
She even said she was ready to go into “mama bear mode” to try and fix the situation — but deep down, she knows it might already be too late.
“I’m just tired of being treated like I’m always the villain cause they’re always the victim,” Lindsay said earlier in the episode. “And I can’t handle it anymore.”
Lindsay’s Front-Row Seat to the Chaos
Lindsay has been one of Amanda’s strongest supporters this season. She was vocal during the girls’ intervention in Episode 9, pushing Amanda to consider separating from Kyle.
She’s also been unafraid to call Kyle out directly — which she did again at the dinner, grilling him about prioritizing his DJ career over Amanda and their future as a family.
That confrontation ultimately triggered Kyle’s explosive meltdown, where he told Amanda “F*ck you” again and stormed off, eventually throwing a can of Loverboy at Carl.
Despite her tough love toward Kyle, Lindsay isn’t fully anti-Kyle. She’s known both of them for years and has watched their marriage deteriorate in real time — from the DJ career fight in Episode 7, to Kyle’s shocking public blowup in Episode 8, to Amanda declaring couples therapy their “last shot” in Episode 10.
Why Lindsay Feels Torn
Lindsay’s conflicted feelings make sense. She’s protective of Amanda and wants her to be happy, but she also sees how much pressure Kyle is under — with Loverboy’s financial struggles, his new DJ ambitions, and the very public collapse of his marriage.
At the dinner, Lindsay tried to hold space for both sides, but her attempt to stay neutral ultimately backfired when Kyle completely crashed out.
This moment highlighted how exhausting it has become for the entire friend group to watch Kyle and Amanda’s relationship implode. Lindsay, who has been through her own very public breakup with Carl, knows how messy these situations can get — and she’s clearly tired of being stuck in the middle.
What Happens Next?
With only a few episodes left before the reunion, Lindsay’s torn position could become even more difficult. She’s close with Amanda, but she also has history with Kyle. Her willingness to call both of them out shows she’s trying to stay honest, but it’s clearly weighing on her.
As the season heads toward its dramatic conclusion, Lindsay’s “mama bear mode” might be exactly what Amanda needs — or it could push Kyle even further away.
Summer House airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo and streams the next day on Peacock. The Kyle and Amanda drama is reaching its boiling point, and Lindsay is right in the middle of it.
