Morgan stood out during both rehearsal and the main performance. Despite admitting sports metaphors weren’t her thing, she brought undeniable stage presence and performance quality that the judges couldn’t ignore.
On the “La Toyas R Us” runway, Morgan delivered a strong Moulin Rouge showgirl tribute that complemented her performance energy perfectly.
The Epic Top 2 Lip Sync
After critiques, RuPaul announced the Top 2 of the week: Dawn and Morgan McMichaels.
The pair then faced off in a lip sync to La Toya Jackson’s “Such a Wicked Love” — a thematically perfect choice for the birthday tribute episode.
Morgan brought fire, precision, and emotional depth to the performance. Her years of club performing and stage experience clearly paid off. When the music stopped, RuPaul declared Morgan the winner of the lip sync.
