“Pick-Me-Sia” Is Born: Alesia’s Jealous Dance Floor Abs-Licking Meltdown Divides the Crew on BDDU S4E10
Below Deck Down Under Season 4 Episode 10 delivered peak chaos when Alesia Harris officially earned the viral nickname “Pick-Me-Sia,” courtesy of Ellie Dubaich.
After weeks of simmering jealousy, Alesia’s behavior on the crew night out crossed into legendary territory, leaving Jenna in tears and the entire team divided.
The drama reached boiling point during the crew’s dinner and club night. While Ben Robinson stayed behind to give Ellie space (and hilariously taught Captain Jason how to cook steak while both wore robes), the rest of the crew let loose.
Alesia wasted no time flirting with João Franco at the restaurant table, visibly annoying Ellie. But the real fireworks happened on the dance floor.
Alesia boldly pulled Eddy away from Jenna and told him that a romance with Jenna “will never work.” She declared that it should be “him and her against the world” instead.
Moments later, she took things even further by licking Eddy’s abs right there on the dance floor — all while still having a boyfriend back home. Ellie, watching the scene unfold, coined the perfect nickname: “There is pick-me behavior, and then there is Alesia… she is Pick-Me-Sia.”
This meltdown didn’t come out of nowhere. Fans will remember Alesia’s scandalous jealous text in Episode 5, where she told Eddy he was “stuck in her head” and he replied that he would “drop [Jenna] in a second” for her. What started as secret texts has now escalated into very public, messy interference.
Jenna was devastated. She vented to Ellie in the sprinter van, crying and saying, “I just don’t want to be in competition with my girls.” Even Eddy was emotional, crying alone in his cabin later that night.
The next morning, things got worse when Ellie read Alesia to filth for having “no consideration for anybody else.” Alesia then tried to spin the story to Jenna, but Jenna sided with Ellie.
Adding fuel to the fire, Alesia continued her meddling by telling Daisy that João only likes her, not Ellie — right as Ellie was making her own aggressive move on João with a massage offer and later sharing a kiss with him in bed.
With the new charter guests — the “best gays” from Manhattan — arriving, the interior team is already fractured. Daisy reminded everyone that Jenna is in charge when she’s not around, but Mike made it clear in his confessional that he has no interest in taking orders from “dunce cap” Jenna.
Alesia’s bold, unapologetic pick-me energy has officially become the talk of the season. Is she genuinely into Eddy, or just determined to win at all costs? And how will Jenna handle the growing competition with her own crew members?
One thing is certain: “Pick-Me-Sia” has arrived, and she’s not going down quietly.
Below Deck Down Under Season 4 airs Mondays at 8/7c on Bravo, streaming next day on Peacock. Is Alesia the ultimate pick-me of BDDU Season 4, or is Ellie just as guilty? Sound off in the comments! 🚤
