K. Michelle Reveals She Cheated on Her Husband to “Trigger” Him Into Marrying Her — And It Worked in Just 24 Hours

K. Michelle is spilling all the tea on how she finally got her husband to the altar — and the story is wild.

In a no-holds-barred interview on The Jason Lee Show, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star admitted she cheated on her long-time partner (now husband) as a deliberate “trigger” because he wouldn’t propose after 10 years together.

“I said, ‘You know what? I’m going to cheat on you. I’m going to cheat on you,’” K. Michelle confessed.

She explained that after years of dating, multiple breakups, and even going through marriage boot camp, her now-husband still hadn’t popped the question. So she decided to take matters into her own hands.

“I wanted a certain type of man that I put in the Bible,” she shared, revealing her practice of writing specific prayers and desires in her Bible. When things got tough, she manifested a new man who checked all her boxes — including two NBA coaches who slid into her DMs.

She started dating one of them openly while still involved with her future husband. The plan worked.

After she told her then-boyfriend she was seeing someone else who was ready to marry her, things moved at lightning speed. Her father even stepped in, telling him, “You ain’t gonna keep not marrying my child.”

The very next day, her husband flew to Nashville, and the couple got married on the spot.

“I swear for cracks and cheese,” K. Michelle said. “He came to Nashville. We went right down there and we got married. Then I had to tell the other man the next day.”

She later walked into the Real Housewives of Atlanta network meeting already married — dropping the bombshell on executives who thought they were filming her fairy-tale proposal with the other man.

K. Michelle made it clear the dramatic 24-hour marriage wasn’t planned for TV — it was her real life playing out in real time.

“I showed up with the man that I called 24 hours and got married,” she laughed. “That’s crazy.”

From Bible manifestation to cheating as a wake-up call, K. Michelle’s road to marriage was anything but traditional. Now a “real housewife” on RHOA Season 17, she’s proving she’s living her truth — messy or not.
