As Fear Factor: House of Fear (Fox 2026 reboot, hosted by Johnny Knoxville) enters its final stretch, the competition has narrowed to four survivors battling for the $200,000 grand prize.

The Top 4 finalists are the last standing after nine grueling episodes of extreme stunts, gross-out challenges, shifting alliances, revenge plays, and high-stakes “End Games.” Below are the current finalists, followed by the complete elimination order to date.
