Ciara Drops a Bombshell: “I Think Kyle and Amanda Should Separate” – House Reacts to Their Toxic Dynamic on Summer House Season 10
Ciara Miller just said what everyone else was thinking — and it left the Summer House stunned.
In Episode 8 (“Sleeping On It”), while the group was setting up for Kyle’s “old people” themed birthday party, Ciara openly suggested that Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula need time apart. After witnessing Kyle’s explosive meltdown the night before, she told West, Jesse, and Ben:
“I honestly think that they should separate. This just feels different this time. It feels like people are hitting their breaking point… They resent each other. So why wouldn’t you take a beat, separate for a minute, get your bearings?”
The bold comment sent shockwaves through the house. Ciara, who has usually stayed more measured in relationship drama, made it clear she believes the constant fighting and resentment between Kyle and Amanda has reached a dangerous level.
This moment comes after a heated night where Kyle lashed out at Amanda, first telling her “fck you” and then calling her a “fcking dumbass b*tch” in front of everyone. Amanda was left in tears, telling West it was actually a “calm version” of Kyle.
Just one week earlier in Episode 7, the house had a much lighter vibe. West apologized to Ciara for his past behavior, sparks flickered between them during Spin the Bottle, and the group celebrated when Mia declared “the house is healed.”
Now, the same Ciara who received that apology is delivering tough love about Kyle and Amanda’s marriage.
Ben tried to defend Kyle by pointing out his massive financial stress — still owing $2 million on a loan — but Ciara and West pushed back, saying money problems don’t excuse speaking to your wife that way. West even vowed to confront Kyle directly after the birthday party.
With Ciara — one of the more level-headed voices in the house — now openly recommending a separation, fans are wondering if this is the beginning of the end for one of Summer House’s longest-running couples.
Summer House airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo and streams the next day on Peacock.
