The 41-year-old reality star and Good American co-founder opened up during the March 4, 2026 episode of her podcast Khloé in Wonder Land, where she addressed fan questions about future kids and soulmates. While Khloé shares daughter True Thompson, 7, and son Tatum Thompson, 3, with ex Tristan Thompson, she admitted the idea of giving True a little sister has her rethinking her plans.

“I don’t think I have the energy for another baby, but I do think girls need sisters. It’s how I was raised,” Khloé shared. “Maybe that’s because that was my experience, but I think I have one girl left and I have been contemplating, like, do I just do this on my own?”

She confirmed she still has “a few more embryos in the freezer” from her previous fertility journey and explained she’d opt for surrogacy this time to avoid the “trauma” surrounding Tatum’s birth amid Tristan’s high-profile cheating scandals. “I would put the baby in a surrogate and I think I would have a very different experience because I would be along for that surrogate journey,” she noted.
