Emmy Throws Michols Under the Bus & Tells Molly He Got Her Fired

Emmy Sharrett wasted zero time getting revenge after her brutal group reckoning.

Right after being called out at the final Punta Cana dinner on Southern Hospitality Season 4 Episode 11, Emmy found a new target. While Maddi was absolutely killing her big DJ comeback gig, Emmy — still spiraling from the confrontation — pulled Molly aside for a private chat.

And she dropped a bomb.

Emmy told Molly that Michols was involved in her firing, even though he had repeatedly denied having anything to do with it. Molly, who has been on the receiving end of Michols’ wrath before, immediately felt vindicated and angry.

Emmy leaned into the moment, telling Molly she knows what it feels like to be gaslit and that she should demand honesty.
