Captain Jason Threatens Major Crew Changes on Below Deck Down Under Season 4: “I’ll Make Changes”

In a heated new preview for Below Deck Down Under Season 4 Episode 12, Captain Jason Chambers delivers a strong warning to the struggling crew, making it clear that he’s reached his limit with ongoing toxicity and immaturity.

The latest drama centers on a nasty feud between stew Alesia Harris and deck/stew hybrid Mike Durrant. After another explosive crew night off, Chief Stew Daisy Kelliher brings the conflict to Captain Jason, describing the situation as “toxic” and refusing to mediate any longer.

“I am done with this,” Daisy tells Alesia and Mike. “Alesia, I have had this from him, and I’ve had this from you. The two of you sort this s—t out together. I am not doing this anymore.”

Captain Jason doesn’t hold back in his confessional, stating:

“Alesia and Mike are adults. They need to learn to work in these environments. This is part of working on yachts. If they cannot be mature enough to resolve small squabbles and conflicts, well, maybe they have to go.”

He adds a direct threat: “I get to a point, if you don’t get to where we’re trying to go, I’ll make changes.”

The ongoing issues between Alesia and Mike include accusations of laziness, gossip surrounding Alesia’s complicated love triangle with Eddy and Jenna, and petty conflicts like cleaning disputes.

This comes after weeks of broader crew problems — from service failures and ego clashes to romantic distractions — that have clearly worn down both Daisy and Captain Jason.

Daisy has been vocal about selfishness and bickering in recent tip meetings, while João has also previously warned Mike about his efficiency and attitude.

With the season already featuring steamy hookups, a Real Housewives of Salt Lake City crossover charter, and plenty of guest drama, it looks like the interior and deck teams are heading toward a major breaking point.

Will Captain Jason actually fire someone? The midseason trailer has already teased a crew member getting the boot, leaving fans wondering if Alesia, Mike, or someone else will be sent packing.

Below Deck Down Under Season 4 airs Mondays at 8/7c on Bravo and streams the next day on Peacock.
