“So grateful to @joethejewelerchicago for helping recover my original engagement ring after it was stolen almost three years ago,” she wrote. “Having this home means SO much to us. I’m still speechless it’s back on my finger.”

The unique one-of-a-kind piece—a rare rose-cut diamond (with a light pink hue, bezel setting, and thin gold band)—was custom-designed by jeweler Irene Neuwirth in collaboration with her husband, writer-director Charlie McDowell, for their 2020 engagement.

Valued at around $80,000–$125,000 (estimates vary), the sentimental ring was swiped along with her wedding band and other items during a May 2023 spa visit at the Edition Hotel in West Hollywood.
